Heathway has been part of the Arnold Group since 2004, and we possess extensive expertise, technical drawings and PLC programmes. This enables us to offer our customers a comprehensive range of services, including the following:

Retrofitting of equipment on Heathway drawing towers
For example, drawing furnaces (resistance or induction), measuring systems, preform feed, drum winders, capstans, coating applications and curing units (thermal, UV, LED), and much more. Our services also include the complete fitting out of the second side of the drawing tower.

Replacement and upgrade:
For existing Heathway drawing towers fitted with Omron control and drive technology, we offer a retrofit to update the control system to the latest Omron technology. This allows you to continue using Omron controls and drives, or alternatively switch to Siemens.
